Look! I Did A Craft!

I am not very crafty. I like to look at crafts and think about crafts and dream about doing them. But actually following through-not so much. But, the other day I got into a crafty mood and actually did something about it!

I wanted a coupon holder that would not get smushed in my purse, destroyed by little hands, or would not be left at home sitting on the counter while I shopped.

And the other day when I saw this project on someone's blog (and I am so so so sorry, but I can't find your blog now and I would love to give you credit, but I don't know who you are, and I promise the lady who originally did this did it MUCH BETTER and MUCH cuter, and again, if you happen to come upon my little blog and see this, please let me know and I will give you all the credit!!!!!) I thought, "I can do this!" And I did.

A handy-dandy coupon holder.

I took an old planner, glued pretty papers on some envelopes, inserted them into the planner and viola!

A pretty, practical, not to big and not to small and flimsy coupon holder! And yes, I have a huge purse. Mark fondly refers to it as "The Bucket."

  1. I've been trying to think of something nice to make everyone to pass out at Thanksgiving - but why don't you just make a bunch of those instead! That sounds great to me!

  2. Jennifer, Maybe I could finish the cookbook I (we) have been working on for about 15 years literally.

I actually have it all typed up and looking cute. I just don't have the money to to print it out. :)
