A Must Read

If you are having one of "those days" (like I have had yesterday and today) go and read this.

I think every woman should read it and then show it to their man. The only thing she didn't say was that things were getting on her ever-loving reserve nerve. Today, at ALDI, when Matt dropped a bottle of spaghetti sauce and it broke, my ever-loving reserve nerve splintered. And I'm pretty sure its permanently damaged. The only hope for that nerve is a warm gooey brownie with vanilla bean ice cream on top. Maybe two of them. Rebekah? Are you there????????

Oh, and I learned a valuable lesson today. Well two.

#1. Don't go bra shopping when you have PMS
#2. Don't take your 11 year old son with you. Even though you tell him he can wander around away from the lingerie area with his sister, it will still mortify him. Mortify him, I tell you.

  1. A thousand Amens on the PMS! I think I've been PMSing for about 2 years now.

Please don't ever take your boys bra shopping. Oh Wendy....

  2. I think you could just say "Don't take your kids with you to go bra shopping."

Did I ever tell you about trying to go bra shopping back when Princess was first walking? That did not go well.

  6. If you take your husband and kids and send all but the teen daughter with the husband to another part of the store, it is okay. But part on the edge of that lingerie section of the store and re-meet at an appointed time--or call on the cell to finish shopping.
