Monday Morning This and That....

I am procrastinating by pretending I am writing a real blog post so just bear with me...

~Abbie finally decided on a name for the new kitten.  Oreo.  Her original name.  It was decided on Saturday night she was going to name it Scout, which I loved, but she switched it back Sunday morning.  I always wanted to have a little girl and call her Scout from To Kill A Mockingbird, but Mark nixed that when Abbie was born.  Now he has read the book for himself and thinks that might not have been a bad idea.  Just ten years too late for my dream to be fullfilled.  Oh well.  Deep sigh.  This morning the kitten should be called Roly-Poly because her stomach is so fat she can't hardly walk.  Apparently Abbie is of the same mothering kilt as me in that "If you can't figure out why they are crying just feed them." 

~I have a new favorite toenail polish.  It looks like silver glitter in the bottle, but once on it changes from gold glitter to silver glitter.  Its like a little surprise everytime I look at my toes.  I know, it doesn't take much to make me happy.  (Right now Mark is choking on his coffee).  So, I've got the perfect polish.  Now I just need a good book series, a new hammock (mine is broken), and for Chick-Fil-A to re-introduce their Peach milkshake and I will be ready for summer.

~Rebekah and I got the school thing figured out Friday.  I felt confident in my decisions until she left and then it all went out the window.  So, now I need a live-in maid, a live-in nanny, a live-in tutor, and a live-in best friend.  Who says I'm high maintenance?
