Matt, with his new chicken Pearl. His great-grandaddy gave him Pearl today. Matt and Mark have been working on her new coop for awhile now. It's almost ready so we brought Pearl home today.
By the way, I am aware that Matt is wearing the same shirt in almost every picture I post of him. He loves this shirt. It gets washed about every other day and on the off days he wears a black shirt with bugs on it. He is very low maintenance about clothes. I am either the laziest Mom in the world because I don't fuss with him about this or make him change into another shirt, or I am the greatest Mom in the world for seeing the big picture and knowing that "this too shall pass." Right now I am going with the greatest mom, but in two weeks when I have PMS I will be the laziest. I'll enjoy my status while I can.
