Happy Birthday MamaHen'sMama!!!!

Today is my sweet mom's birthday! The girls (Jill, Abbie, and me), and James, cause he has no where else to go, are going out with my mom for lunch and some girl time. If you could take all the good moms in the world and bundle them into one then you would have my mom.

I am so thankful that I have her. She was born in a little house with no insulation on a very cold March day. She was premature and only weighed 4 lbs. My grandmother could not nurse her so my grandaddy went to the store and bought ingredients to make a homemade formula for her. She thrived and turned into the the most beautiful teenager I have ever seen. She married at 17, the day after her high school graduation, and had me at 19. Jill came along at 21, and my brother Del, at 24. And thus began her career as a wife, mom, and homemaker. And home was always a good place to come home to. I love you Momma!
