Today I am participating in Our Bluebell Country's Tuesday Dinner Link-Up. I love to read about other people's menu ideas so I am excited about this. I always need new ideas!

Last night, being the almost end of the month, I tried to put together a meal using ingredients I had here at the house. I did not want run to the store. I think it turned out pretty well.

We had MamaHen's Beef Stroganoff Casserole (made it up on the fly), corn on the cob, broccoli, and biscuits. And sweet tea! I hardly ever make sweet tea, even though we love it here. We usually just drink water with our meals, but it just seemed like a sweet tea supper.

You should run over to Mrs. Homemaker's BlueBell Country. She has some Chicken Wraps that look delicious!

  2. I don't think any meal is complete without tea (although I must admit I drink mine unsweet...much to mother's chagrin, I'm sure. I was raised on sweet tea as were my kiddos - I am not kidding when I say I put sweet tea in their bottles when they were toddlers. Is that legal???)

  4. Sounds delicious! I've always wanted to make a meal on the fly, but have always been scared that it wouldn't taste good...maybe one of these days I'll get brave enough to try it!
