James, The Four Year Old...

Today my teeny tiny newborn James turns four. At 5:50 AM he made his entrance into this world with a mighty bang. Someday, when I go through a little more therapy, I will let you in on the story of his un-medicated birth.

(Yes, we all sat around and looked at him like that. This may explain why he is slightly rotten).

And these pictures were taken yesterday. All grown up into a real four year old. And by the way, he's not wearing a girl's hat. He found an old lampshade and decided he wanted to be a lamp. We had to add the ribbon to pull because according to James you cannot be a lamp without a string to pull.
