Today I am thinking about the pretty in my life. It is all around me here at our little mini-homestead hobby-farm place we call home. (Even after six years I am still not sure what to call it)
Hey, Mama Hen, I'm a Southern girl too-roses and chicks and hobby farms and all the beauty in our lives, right?
I wish we could get a blackberry harvest. They grow wild all over the place, and the birds and rabbits love them, I guess, because I see lots of vines and flowers but never berries! I'm thinking of transplanting a few canes to my garden fence.
Ooh, yum, blackberries! I love the glimpse into "pretty" at your hobby farm. Around here we have lots of green grass and daffodils but the berries haven't even put out leaves yet. Go figure!
Welcome from MamaHen! I am a grilled-cheese slinging, mini-van-driving, singing and dancing Mama. PappaRooster and I are parents to our four chicks who keep us on our toes. Come join us at Casa De La Chaos as I bravely fight all things messy. We laugh a lot and love even more.
I have a pretty sister-in-law, and she lives on a hobby-farm in Alabama.
