Funny and Real

Today I am linking up at Like Mother, Like Daughter to share a picture. We are looking for pictures to show contentment in everyday life. Well, in this pic, James isn't quite content, but it sure makes me smile.

    I love the title of your blog...Long Days, Short Years. I said Yes! as I read that.

    Also love the verse about leading me to the rock when I am overwhelmed. I have been overwhelmed lately and that verse is a good reminder. Thanks!

    I wish I could say that I miss the pouts, now that my kids are mostly grown. But no, they STILL pout now and then. ;) Maybe they're worried that I would miss it if they stopped...
