Some of my favorite posts from this year...

I love blogging. A lot. And I love that when I write things down I can remember things better. I am so glad I have this record of our lives, especially all the things the children say and do. So, in no particular order, are some of my favorite posts from this past year.

Thank you for reading my nonsense!

Oh, forgot to add... today is my father-in-law's 90th birthday. And all of Mark's family has come in and they are having a big birthday bash for him right now. 90 years! Can you imagine?

We are home still having the flu. Fun times. I will think, "Okay, everyone is on the mend," and then someone starts with the fever again. But, if I'm going to do the flu with anyone I want it to be my family.

And isn't it fun to have a blog to look back over at events. I love it!

  3. You all were sorely missed today. A lot of people asked about you all and we sure did miss you.

  4. I'm so sorry you got sick too, Mama Hen. I'll pray that your entire family is well by the end of the weekend--at least fever-free. This, too, shall pass.

  5. (((Hugs))) on that miserable flu! I think it's a stickler of a flu as we still have some ill affects just hanging on by a thread. We are all feeling much better though and finally were able to enjoy a meal together again.

Many Blessings for this New Year!

I'm glad that you shared about your hyperemesis gravidarum. It was an incredible faith journey with a lot of heartache and beautiful joy. I feel blessed for being able to have a really special connection with my children. I know how hard I worked for them.
